Training over Easter and May bank holidays: There will be no training on Easter Friday, Easter Monday and 7 May bank holiday. Training will be on during the rest of the Easter holidays, including Easter Sunday, and on second May

Extra training sessions – Aug 19 and 22
Because of the coaching course we are hosting, there will be a couple of extra sessions at the beginning of the season. Saturday 19 August – 12pm – 130pm: swimmers from Bronze, Silver, Silver Elite and Gold welcome. Tuesday 22
Fun night
Tuesday is the FINAL training session for the season. We have organised the inflatable at popular request. The sessions will run as follows: 6pm – 640pm Bronze and Silver 640pm – 715pm Silver Elite, Gold and Fitness Summer training session
