2020-2021 ENROLMENT INFORMATION

As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, there will be no formal enrolment evening for the forthcoming Club swimming season 2020 – 2021. Completed enrolment forms can be emailed (a single pdf file only – no jpegs please) to the membership secretary at HASC.membership01@gmail.com and payment of membership fees can be made by BACS to the Club’s bank account. Alternatively, completed forms may be submitted at the first training session attended by the member.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO MEMBER WILL BE PERMITTED TO SWIM UNTIL ALL COMPLETED PAPERWORK HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

The Club’s swimming season is anticipated to start on August 31, 2020 but this is subject to change. Members will be notified of any change to this date. Due to the reduced operating hours of the Helensburgh pool, initially there will be fewer sessions for all squads except Development Squad. However, we hope to resume full training as soon as possible and will notify members of any changes to the advertised sessions.

INITIAL FEES

Initial fees which reflect the reduced number of training sessions for all squads (except Development Squad) are set out below. Please be advised that fees for all squads (except Development Squad) will be increased as we move towards our full pre-lockdown training schedule. Members will be notified of any increases in due course.

*Note – New joiners to the Club who are not already registered with SASA will be required to pay an additional £27 at the time of enrolment to cover SASA fees for the current year.

  3. Parental Consent for Photographs and Videos
  4. Covid-19 Self-Declaration Form on Returning to Training
  5. Covid-19 Health Screen Survey on Return to Training
  6. Covid-19 Consent to Process Covid Data

Please also print out and complete the Volunteer Form for parents who have completed any coaching/time-keeping or other relevant training course. For parents who are interested in volunteering, please complete a Volunteer Form and note which area you would be willing to contribute time to the Club.

PRIVACY POLICY

Please also see the Club’s privacy policy. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE PRIVACY POLICY AND MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF THE NEW PROVISIONS RELATING TO COVID-19.

Note that your child(ren) may move squads during the year as determined by the Coaches based on their performance and development. In such cases, additional fees may become payable.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  1. Note which squad your child(ren) has/have been assigned to. Squad lists are available from the membership secretary or the head coach.
  2. Print out and complete Forms 1-6 above for each child and a volunteer form for each volunteering parent.
  3. Decide whether you will pay in full for the year or by instalments. Details of both the full amount due and the amounts to be paid by instalment are included on the schedule to the annual membership form.
  4. Arrange payment (either in full or the amount “Due Now”) by bank transfer in advance. Please note cash will not be accepted. Please ensure that the following transaction details are included in your payment to assist in the identification of the receipt of funds “Child Name/Family Name – Enrolment”.
  5. For people paying by instalments, please set up a payment for October and November 2020 with your bank.
  6. Email completed forms to HASC.membership01@gmail.com or bring to the first swim session.

 

NOTES

Amounts due may be paid via a single bank transfer (no need to make separate payments for each child).

Club Bank details are the same as last year or can be provided by the membership secretary upon request.
