Enrolment for the forthcoming year 2019-2020

Enrolment night for the forthcoming Club swimming year 2019 – 2020 will take place at the Helensburgh Swimming Pool on Friday 16th August from 6.00pm to 7.00pm.



The fees for the new swimming year are set out below and reflect a slight increase compared to fees for the previous year. This is to cover increased costs of pool rental. Fees for Fitness Squad have increased to reflect the extra hour of pool time per week.

Please print out and complete the following forms for each swimmer:

  1. Annual Membership Form
  2. Medical Information Form
  3. Parental Consent for Photographs and Videos

Please also print out and complete the Volunteer Form for parents who have completed any coaching/time-keeping or other relevant training course. For parents who are interested in volunteering, please complete a Volunteer Form and note which area you would be willing to contribute time to the Club.

Squad lists will be emailed directly to members, or contact the Membership secretary. Note that your child(ren) may move squads during the year as determined by the Coaches based on their performance and development. In such cases, additional fees may become payable.



  1. Determine which squad your child(ren) has/have been assigned to.
  2. Print out and complete an annual membership form, medical information form and parental consent for photographs and videos form for each child and a volunteer form for each volunteering parent.
  3. Decide whether you will pay in full for the year or by instalments. Details of both the full amount due and the amounts to be paid by instalment are included on the schedule to the annual membership form.
  4. Arrange payment (either in full or the amount “Due Now”) either by cheque on the enrolment evening or by bank transfer in advance. If payment is to be made by bank transfer, please ensure that the following transaction details are included in your payment to assist in the identification of the receipt of funds “Child Name/Family Name – Enrolment”.
  5. For people paying by instalments, please set up regular payments at the start of September through to March with your bank.
  6. Bring the relevant forms and payments with you to the enrolment evening.



Amounts due may be paid via a single cheque or a single bank transfer (no need to make separate payments for each child).

Club bank details are the same as last year and can be obtained either on the evening or from the Club Treasurer in advance if required.
