Kingston Sprints (November 5th) – revised sheet now on board with additional swimmers qualifying. Again, pls check the board and get signed up. The more swimmers who attend the galas, the more fun it is for all!
Club 200m Open competition – this is our first club competition of the season and is open to Fitness, Silver, Silver Elite and Gold. It will take place on Friday 6 October at 7pm. Training will be as normal for Bronze, Copper and Bronze Development. Sign up sheet is on the board.
