- Swimsuit and a spare in case of accidents (e.g. holes!)
- 2 towels – one for poolside and one for changing
- 2 pairs of Goggles (again in case of accidents such as broken straps or lost goggles)
- 2 Swim Caps (again in case of accidents such as a ripped or lost cap)
- Water bottles – loads of water or very diluted juice for rehydration
- Poolside shoes/flip flops
- Club t-shirt/hoodie
- Food Items such as cold pasta, wraps with cheese/meat/chicken, bagel, granola bars, apples, bananas, sweets, juice boxes
- Entertainment – books, electronic devices with games (it can be a long time between races!)
- Best behaviour for the coaches and/or team manager!
- Money for locker/food (if available)
